What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM. If you have any special requests, please feel free to contact us!
What are the reception desk hours?
Our reception is staffed daily until 6:00 PM. After that, there is an on-call service for urgent matters only.
(Bookings cannot be made during this time, as our staff cannot access the booking system outside the hotel.)
What should I do if I arrive late?
From 6:00 PM onwards, key collection is done via our key deposit box located to the left of the hotel entrance.
You will receive detailed instructions with your booking confirmation.
What are the cancellation policies?
Our detailed cancellation policies can be found on your booking confirmation. Cancellations and changes made up to one day before arrival are free of charge.
Does the hotel offer Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public areas.

Pets are allowed upon request and for a small fee. Please inform us when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Yes, we offer a delicious breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for €12.80 per person.
